LITMAS will investigate and resolve concerns based on assessing the suitability of the workplace at the time of complaint or upon inspection, (building or structure operation and potential contamination).
Our site inspection and testing for toxins or other indoor environmental stressors includes building problem investigations, for example after:
- Visible or suspected contamination
- Odour complaints
- Air quality complaints
- Sick building syndrome
- Complaints around noise, light, or thermal comfort
We will combine efforts to identify sources of environmental contaminants which may impact health, with properly developed and analysed questionnaires following staff complaints to fully understand the problem.
Where appropriate, LITMAS will engage professional collaborators.
